Our presentation tonight was by Maureen Alexander - founder of the Bamberton Historical Society and President of the Mill Bay/Malahat Historical Society. Maureen introduced a documentary entitled “One Man’s Dream” on the initial construction of the Malahat highway. Maureen had the DVD's and books entitled “Bamberton - From Dust to Bust and Back” which was written by Maureen and Andrew Brown, for sale. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the presentation.
